The short version

Why I do this work.

I started LM Notary Services because I kept seeing the same thing: people needing a document signed at the exact moment it was least convenient to drive across town — a closing, a hospital bedside, a trust that couldn't wait another week.

Today I split my time between Santa Maria, where I'm based, and appointments across Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties — including regular drives to Santa Barbara for real estate closings. Wherever the appointment is, the standard is the same: show up on time, check the document carefully, and treat the signing like it matters, because it does.

When I'm not on a signing, you'll usually find me at the shop working through the next day's schedule — or, more often than not, already on the road to the one after that.
